I was a talented onieromancer—that is, a Dreamwalker—able to change whatever dream I was in *however* I wanted, among other things. And I had this ability we can Sapping The Vital Spark, where I can drain people's life force by touch.
Not really, no. Not even with Cobblethought, which I still hadn't learnt yet.
But you could still break someone psychologically that way.
Anyway. Besides the three clauses worth of Dream contacts and the ability particular to my own variety of Changelings, I also had some clauses of Darkness contracts that let me increase people's susceptibility to fear and help me go undetected. And like all Changelings I can feed off certain emotions in others to gain magic to fuel those contracts. For me, it was sorrow, but I'm hoping to change it to fear if Autumn can take me all the way here.
Theoretically I could Talecraft like Tyler—just like he could Dreamwalk like me—but practically speaking, it's better to play to our strengths. His particular emotion he gains magic from is rage, by the way.

Mmm. I mean, you can. There's other ways to break someone and get that same kind of rush without it having to be physical.
But that requires a hell of a situation to be able to mentally and emotionally break someone...
And probably be hard to do in a place like this, unfortunately.

I suppose I'll have to do it in people's dreams once a weird weekend comes around. I'm already making plans for Solus.

I guess I never really asked about the kinds of shit you could do, did I?

Though a little less fun, I suppose. Since I wouldn't think dreams would be quite as tangible as real-life people and objects?
