After seeing this cute little fluffball punch a hole into a tree trunk, Steven knew he needed to catch it and make it the powerhouse of his Rocket Team, similar to Fail Whale's position on his public team. The following battle was long and harrowing and difficult, but at the end of it, Steven had caught one adorable pink death bear.

The morning after his mascot heist, Steven woke up to find that the excitement of destroying a baseball stadium had caused Care Bear to evolve! The cute little bear was now a cute big bear--but at least he had mellowed a bit in attitude.

His ability is Fluffy. It cuts the damage he takes from moves with direct contact in half, but doubles the damage taken from Fire moves. His nature is Rash; he's a little quick-tempered. Met in Goldenrod City as a Stufful. Level 19 when first caught.
