Another Pokemon whose egg Steven got from Egon, he calls her "Little Timmy" pretty much exclusively... because sometimes Steven can be a terrible bitch. Despite her namesake, Steven's actually very fond of her--and eventually he wants to make her part of his main team, once she's grown more. Charley, Steven's starter, has been helping Little Timmy construct new cosplays.

Her ability is Disguise. Once per battle, her shroud can protect her from an attack, albeit by shifting her to her 'busted' form. Her nature is Naughty; she is thoroughly cunning. Received as an Egg from Dr Spengler.
