Another one of the two pokemon Steven kept from Baby's First Mugging, the little bird that Steven would re-nickname 'Acatl' was smoothly integrated into being the last member of his Rocket team. And his ability to teleport is more than valuable.

Evolved after engaging in the mysterious production of eggs with Tyler's Isis, who he has a very angry sort of sexual chemistry with.

His ability is Early Bird. He awakens from sleep twice as faster than other Pokemon. His nature is Bold; he is somewhat vain. Acquired in Goldenrod City. Level 18 when first stolen.
