Steven had been hoping to receive a shiny pokemon as a reward for everything he does for Team Rocket sooner or later, but when he got Fiyero the first thing he did was panic, having mistook his brown coloration for illness. Luckily, the Nurse Joys at the pokemon center were able to clear things up for him.

As summer turned to Autumn, Fiyero evolved from Cacnea to Cacturne, gaining height, a dark typing, and a new aggressive nature. Steven loves Fiyero's new form very much.

His ability is Sand Veil. He's more evasive during a sandstorm. His nature is Relaxed; he has good endurance. Received as a Rocket Reward for Osomatsu's first heist. Level 23 when first met.
