William finally evolved into Swoobat after the pride he felt when he and Charlotte won the Rainbow Badge for Steven and the cuddling and praise he received for said triumph filled his fluffy body with love and affection for his Trainer.
His ability is Unaware. When attacking, he ignores any stat changes in the target pokemon. His nature is Naive; he's impetuous and silly. Met at the Goldenrod Rocket Base. Level 5 when received.
