Steven's primary starter pokemon. A dramatic girl who loves to give people a good scare, but is otherwise very sweet and affectionate. Clever and a bit quirky, but surprisingly nasty in battle. She loves pretty things and showing off. She reminds Steven a bit of his baby sister, which is probably why he named her after the human Charley.

It's not a surprise that when he found a Spell Tag at Castle Prom, he gave it to her.

Her ability is Levitate. By floating in the air, she can keep from being hit by Ground-type moves. Her nature is Quirky; she is highly curious. Met in the Golderod Rocket Base. Level 15 when received.
