Once he finishes with that little speech, Jack will hear a slight creak as Steven gets up from the bed. Will hear him pad softly into the bathroom and see in the mirror as Steven comes to stand behind him, sliding his arms around Jack's chest and resting his chin on Jack's shoulder. He's taken his own shirt and undershirt off by now and his broad, bare chest presses against Jack's back.

He just-- looks. Forward, at their reflection in the mirror. His expression doesn't change as he takes in the sight of Jack's brand.

Then he turns his head to kiss Jack's cheek.

"Thank you," he says, quietly.
