As it so happens, he did, shortly before Jack's birthday and thus Ursula became the gorgeous and macabre Cursola she is today.
Her ability is Weak Armor. Physical attacks lower her defense, but greatly increase her speed. Her nature is Timid; she's very finicky. Hatched from an egg that Steven received as his prize for attending prom.
