Doesn't really get along too well with Mehitabel, since they keep trying to take the same shiny things for their own.
His ability is Insomnia. Because he suffers from Insomnia, he cannot be made to fall asleep. His nature is Serious; he hates to lose. First met in Saffron City. Level 24 when first encountered.
